The Triad Little Knights Wrestling Club is an exciting program for youngsters, Grades K-8, who want to learn wrestling skills through a fun and competitive program. Wrestlers, who participate in this program can expect to learn a variety of takedowns, pinning combinations, reversals and escapes. In addition to the technical instruction, participants will increase strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility and self-confidence.
